“Lines demarcate parameters, thresholds, borders, and territories, which in turn define the evolving notions of valuesystems that affect geopolitical or social relations. This exhibition engages the latitude, limits, and attitudes withwhich boundaries are upheld or transgressed. The altered natural landscape is explored in Mary Powers Holt’s painting, an elegiac depiction of urban development.
